"Hey it's the week before Xmas and we had a flood issue at home!!! I rang heaps of plumbers, they were all on holiday or too busy to assist with emergencies until the new year!!! We were at our wits end.
I was on the the neighbourly website later on that day and saw a post about Hayden and Maxey Plumbing so I tracked him down and he was here in a flash - all sorted along with some other stuff being done that was overdue.
Hayden was responsive, very reliable, practical with his advice and his workmanship is unsurpassed. He has been engaged to do all the plumbing work for our insurance claim which involves decommissioning and recommissioning the kitchen and laundry and whilst that is happening he is also going to refit our bathroom. It's all happening in a couple of weeks and I am confident it is all going to go well - Woo Hoo!!!

On one occasion the wind ripped the flashings off our roof and the other time was when the wind blew out our pilot light on our outdoor hot water cylinder which resulted in no hot water. "We have used Hayden twice now, the first when he got us out of a sticky situation when an old hot water cylinder finally died one evening in a tenanted rental property. He was able to fit a new cylinder the following morning and get hot water back on for the tenants amazingly quickly and with no hassles for us. Great response!
Our second involvement was when we upgraded our ensuite and replaced the entire shower unit. We gave the job to Hayden due to the excellent service previously provided. The room was not very level or plumb but Hayden was meticulous in getting the new unit fitted all square. Again another excellent job."
